As a Welshman and Welsh speaker, tell me MickeyD - do they really speak Welsh there? Are there lots of Welsh road-signs etc? Welsh is not http://the most international of languages so I'm fascinated by the idea of people speaking Welsh outside Wales, no doubt with a strong Spanish influence.
