I would never have dreamed of being an adventurer! Like most people I have a full time job and in the current economic climate couldn’t possibly entertain the idea of requesting vast amounts of time off of work to go and explore the many wonders that fill our world. Because of this I am stuck working in the construction industry moving from construction site to construction site! There is nothing remotely ‘adventurous’ about the construction industry, in fact it is relatively boring and the only adventure I encounter is deciding which route I should take on my way home each night through the suburban jungle that is Bristol.
However, having the chance to enter a completion where there is the possibility of going on a trip of a life time is something which could completely change my life. I deserve this experience as I would fully embrace everything it has to offer. The memories would stay with me forever and I would always have the experience to draw upon. The chance to see wild animals and participate in the activities associated with the adventure are all things I’d love to do. It is a completely different world to what I currently know and for 10 days I could be taken from the mundane boring working life I am used to and be transported to a world which is so indescribably different to what I have come accustom to!
It truly would be a trip of a life time!
