Hi guys and gals
My name is Paul and I am from Welsh border country. Between my physics degree and computer science degree I went to Belize with Raleigh International, and the expedition was amazing in terms of both the scenery and the people. Scuba diving from an uninhabited island for 1 month, hacking trails through the jungle for the next month, and helping to build a school in the final month. But that was years ago, 8 years ago to be precise. Now I am looking again for the key to unlock the shackles that bind me to my desk, and I think the key is contained in this website. Dont worry whether I am able to cope with the fitness aspect. I train hard - yoga, running, cycling and dancing every week. But I need to get away from my desk and get back in the outdoors for a while again. And I can share all of this with you. Like a butterfly emerging from its chrysalis, I would be a desk bound prisoner breaking out to the outdoors once again where I belong.
